The International Journal of Advanced Fertility and Reproductive Sciences is committed to handling complaints and appeals fairly, transparently, and promptly. Authors, reviewers, readers, and other individuals involved in the publication process may raise concerns regarding editorial decisions, peer review, publication ethics, authorship, plagiarism, conflicts of interest, or other matters related to journal operations.

Complaints should be submitted to the editorial team with sufficient details and supporting information to allow the matter to be reviewed appropriately. The journal will acknowledge and assess complaints objectively and maintain confidentiality where appropriate.

Authors who disagree with an editorial decision may submit an appeal by providing a clear explanation of the reasons for the appeal and addressing any relevant concerns raised during the review process. Appeals will be considered by the editorial team and, where appropriate, may be referred to an independent editor or additional expert for further assessment.
