retraction & corrections
The International Journal of Advanced Fertility and Reproductive Sciences is committed to maintaining the accuracy, transparency, and integrity of the published scholarly record. The journal recognizes that corrections or retractions may occasionally be necessary when significant errors or ethical concerns are identified.
Corrections: Minor or significant errors that affect the accuracy or understanding of a published article may be corrected through a formal correction notice. Corrections are published transparently and linked to the original article where appropriate.
Retractions: An article may be retracted when there is clear evidence of serious problems, such as major errors, unreliable findings, plagiarism, research misconduct, fabricated or falsified data, unethical research practices, or substantial violations of publication ethics.
Retraction decisions are made following an appropriate editorial assessment and, where necessary, consultation with the authors, reviewers, or relevant institutions. A retracted article will remain part of the scholarly record with a clear retraction notice explaining the reason for the action.
